Kumba Cottage
Kumba Cottage is the original old farmhouse that has been restored, renovated and modernized without losing its charm of yesteryear.
There are two en-suite bedrooms with a double bed in each.
The unique showers are large and have a view over the veld where maybe an inquisitive zebra might stare at you occasionally.
The fully equipped kitchen and lounge open onto a covered patio with a built-in braai and seating.
In the lounge there is a fireplace to cosy up those chilly winter wine-evenings.
Kumba Cottage overlooks the dam and olive grove with open views of the veld and surrounding mountains offering wonderful sightings of the various animals that come down for a drink in the dam.
Kumba Khaya
Kumba Khaya is adjacent to Kumba Cottage and is offered as a third en-suite bedsitter only to guests of Kumba.
It is a large bedroom cum sitting room with a tea/coffee station and mini fridge.
Kumba Khaya has its own separate entrance with a bench that overlooks the olive grove and mountains.
These two chalets are perfect for three couples wanting to escape city life and spend quality time together or a large family with grandparents.
Please note that Kumba Khaya forms part of the Kumba Cottage offering and will never be booked separately to strangers. This is to allow our guests total peace and privacy.
